Mammootty's magnum opus Pazhassi Raja directed by the veteran Hariharan, is ready for release worldwide in September.
The film is a tri lingual in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu and will also have Hindi and English versions.
Pazhassi Raja is considered by many as the first freedom fighter against the British Raj. M T Vasudevan Nair, who has penned the script, has relied on several authentic resources including the Malabar Manual.
The film has Sarath Kumar playing a parallel role along with Kaniha, Padmapriya, Linda Arsenio, Manoj K Jayan, Suresh Krishna, Jagathy Sreekumar among others.
Sarath and Mammootty are dubbing in their own voice for the Malayalam and Tamil versions respectively.ne of the major highlights of the film is Oscar winner Resul Pookkutty who has done the Sound designing of the film which has music by Ilayaraja.
The re-recording was done by the maestro along with the Hungarian symphony in Prague.
