Sun Pictures takes over Kanden Kadhalai

Kalanithi Maran and his Sun Pictures have taken over Moser Baer and
Blue Ocean Entertainment's Kanden Kadhalai.

G.Dhananjayan of Moser Baer said: "It is with great pleasure that we
announce that our film Kanden Kadhalai starring Bharath & Tamannaah
and directed by R. Kannan, has been acquired by leading production and
marketing company of South, Sun Pictures. The Sun Pictures team, which
has seen the final film a few days ago, immensely liked the way it was
taken and offered "wholesome family entertainment" and wanted to
acquire the film immediately to market world-wide under their name".

Dhananjayan also added that Sun Pictures will decide on the release
strategy, depending on their lineup. Added Dhananjayan: "We also wish
to thank Mr. Kalanidhi Maran, CMD of Sun TV Network and Mr. Hansraj
Saxena, COO of Sun Pictures and the entire team for the immense faith
in our film."

Moser Baer and Blue Ocean Entertainment have shifted their the focus
to their next film, Aval Peyar Tamilarasi, starring Jai which is
nearing completion.
